Shipping & Return Policies

This shipping policy is offered and intended to be as straight forward as possible.

  • Shipping: Most orders will arrive within 7 - 10 business days, from the date of processing. Note: Our processing time is usually between 24 - 48 hours.

    Please consider checking YES to Create An Account at the beginning of the Checkout process and/or to the SMS Text or Email questions once you've made your purchase. This way, you'll be able to stay informed and track your order in real time - throughout.

    There are some instances when a Resin design product might take as long as 14 business days to arrive. We will notify you if it appears that your item will arrive later than originally promised so you can decide whether to wait or cancel your order. These items are of a liquid/chemical compound which can be temperamental to environmental fluctuations such as; moisture content in the air, temperature, etc.
  • Natural Disasters, other Weather-related issues, Holiday or (commercial vehicle delays). These are unfortunately unavoidable. Please try to be patient while we are at the mercy of issues out of our control; including delays as a result of circumstances surrounding the continued Covid19 issues, which we have all been affected by. 
  • Order processing times  After an order is placed, it is usually ready to ship within 24 to 72 hours. (Not including Sundays) Please take into account that the cutoff times for processing orders (e.g. orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day). If changes occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, you will be notified of such a delay. Next, you should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed. 
  • Domestic and international shipping options - Presently, we only ship to the United States. Once the demand for our products increases, we hope to expand to include other countries.  
  • Shipping costs -  See: Shipping cost on the Shopping Cart page of your order. Also see, information below. At various times during the year you will see free or discounted shipping deals for various threshold items.

Since the start of the Covid19 Pandemic in 2020, the way in which shipping parcels and other packages and mail is delivered has somewhat changed in the US. We now must consider the many types of situations that can alter scheduling routines across the US and abroad. As such, at CBU Creations we must take into account all shipping options at our disposal to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Today, things appear to be trending in the right direction (towards shorter wait times for most US mail carriers). However, during the holiday seasons we must also consider that there will be unforeseen delays do to weather and for some carriers, personnel demands.

Again, at CBU Creations, we believe that transparency is second only to your security (our #1 concern) involving our communication with you. We believe that good Customer Relations should begin with our Consumers trust in our company's technology and policy surrounding communicating info to you as soon as we receive it. 

As we go about creating products and services that we believe our Customers trust and believe in, it's important that we get your purchase to you in a timely manner.

  • We will keep you informed from day 1 through out the entire process as to What, When and Where - as it pertains to your package's delivery. This is why we strongly recommend that you sign up for the Order Tracking process via SMS Text messaging or Email, as you complete your first order with us. This way, you’ll be “in the loop” throughout the shipping/delivery process.

    • Return Policy & Process                                                                         
    We do not accept returns of pierced jewelry products or those that are worn on the inside of a body part for hygiene reasons (to protect everyone).

    All sales are final after 14 days. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for all non pierced items.

    All items must be returned in their original packaging. Please return all parts of the returned item for our QA process.
    In the event of a lost or damaged order. Please provide CBU Creations with an explanation of (to the best of your recollection) what happened/reason for your request and we will do our best to send you a replacement item. 

    However, if you believe the return request is a result of an error on our end, we want to hear from you and have the opportunity to make it right! You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any returned items. Please allow us 4 business days to process your return. 

      • We are trying to start from the very beginning to make as small of an environmental footprint as possible in the world. For this reason, we will do our best to avoid Returns of our products by simply providing our Consumers with another product of equal or lesser value  (once we receive a photograph of the item in question for Return/Replacement).

        Only When It is Absolutely Necessary will we request a Product Return. In this event, we will send our Consumers a packing slip via, Email to return the item to us. Unfortunately, Customers are responsible for any Return Shipping cost.

        Our Shipping Details are easy to find especially, if you created an account at the time you placed your order on our site. Go to the shipping page and See: Track Your Order, or simply search your emails for the order notification we sent you when you placed your order. 
      • POS (Point of Sale) Information: Occasionally, throughout the year (when time permits) CBU Creations will have the opportunity to sell our products at Indoor Events, Fairs and other like Outlets. If you purchase a product during one of these events please know that there will not be any lags in shipping your item(s) as our inventories are connected to avoid any unfair waiting for neither of our Internet nor (POS) Customers. Just another way we keep our Consumer's in mind first as we grow our company. 

      • Potential Service Interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Our Shipping Policy information above, is where you can learn about approximate delivery times.

      Finally, It is not uncommon for us to update our shipping policy every few months, especially whenever we add new shipping options or carriers to our business.
