Shipping policy

This shipping policy is offered and intended to be as straight forward as possible.

In 2023 and 2022 respectively; we've witnessed unforeseen shipping delays and increased Postal carrier costs. Today, things appear to be trending in the direction of shorter wait times for US mail and package delivery.  

At CBU Creations it's more important than ever to keep our shipping policy up to date with the following key points in mind:

  • Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations:  

At CBU Creations, we believe that transparency is the #1 most important concern surrounding good Customer Relations with Consumers right now. As we go about creating items that we believe our Customers want, what’s most important; is that we get your items to you in a promised and timely manner. We will keep you informed from day 1 through out the entire process as to Who, What, When and Where - as it pertains to our packages.

    • Accommodating returns through our dedicated return policy: See: Our Return Policy information above.
    • Exchange Process in the event of a lost or damaged order:  In the event your order is damaged in transit, you can send us an email at our address below including a picture of the item and a brief explanation of what happened - to the best of your recollection, and we will do our best to send you a replacement item once we have received the damaged item back. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the item.  Please give us 7 business days to process your return.  (Also See: Our Refund/Return Policies at the bottom of our home page.
    • Our shipping details are easy to find. Especially, if you created an account at the time you placed your order on our site. Go to the shipping page and track your order, or simply search your emails for the order notification  we sent you when you placed your order. 
    • See: Shopping Cart Checkout Page. Also, See: link in the Footer of our Home Page.  Most orders will arrive at the requested location within 5 - 8 Business days. There are some instances when a Resin design product might take as long as 10 business days to arrive. These items are of a liquid/chemical compound which can be temperamental to environmental issues like moisture content in the air, temperature, etc.. I will notify you immediately, if it appears that your item will arrive later than originally promised. 
    • Natural Disasters, other Weather-related issues, Holiday or (commercial vehicle delays) These are unfortunately unavoidable. Please try to be patient while we are at the mercy of issues out of our control; including delays as a result of circumstances surrounding the continued Covid19 issues, which we have all been affected by. 
    • Order processing times  After an order is placed, it is usually ready to ship within 48 to 72 hours. (Not including Sundays) Please take into account that the cutoff times for processing orders (e.g. orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day). If changes occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods or as a result of COVID-19, you will be notified of such a delay. Next, you should receive your order within 5 to 10 business days from the time your order is placed. 
    • Domestic and international shipping options - Presently, we only ship to the United States. Once the demand for our products increases, we hope to expand to include other countries.  
    • Shipping costs -  See: Shipping cost on the Shopping Cart page of your order. Also see information below. At various times during the year you will see free or discounted shipping deals for various threshold items.
    • POS (Point of Sale) Occasionally, throughout the year (when time permits) we will have the opportunity to sell our products at Indoor Events, Fairs and other like Outlets. If you purchase a product during one of these events please know that there will not be any lags in shipping your item(s) as our inventories are connected to avoid any unfair waiting for our Internet Consumers.  
    • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Our Shipping Policy information is where you can learn about approximate delivery times.

    Finally, It is not uncommon for us to update our shipping policy every few months, especially whenever we add new shipping options or carriers to our business profile.
