Refund policy

Our Refund/Return Policies: 

At CBU Creations we understand and accept the responsibility of Satisfaction Guaranteed, fully. Our Consumers are Paramount to our success!

Refunds:

We will refund to you (fully) if your product should arrive broken or breaks within 14 days of the purchase date. We take pride in the quality of every item we sell, regardless of cost or type of design we create for our Consumers.  

Please understand that with Fashion & Costume Jewelry it is unrealistic to expect it to be as durable as the genuine products such as Precious Metals like, gold and/or Precious Gemstones. We try to ONLY use Suppliers with products that are of good quality. Personally, I have enjoyed wearing the endless fashion jewelry designs & styles for many years. Proving - it is possible to look fabulous and  "Well put together" without spending too much money!

Finally, If you have placed an order from us before, (Not including wood or cloth) you know that we include a small polishing cloth and Care Instructions, with every purchase. The cloth is important to keep your jewelry looking good for a longer period of time. Things like air quality (moisture and dust or other environmental particles can have a negative effect on your jewelry). If - after receiving one of our products you are not completely satisfied; (within 14 days) do one of the following to allow us to make it right:

2: We also provide a Self Service Return/Refund process in case you’d prefer not to contact us via phone or email.

Please leave us a brief explanation of the reason for requesting a refund along with a photo of your purchase (for our quality assurance QA process). This allows us to receive the financial reimbursement from our Supplier (if applicable).

Please allow us 24 - 72 hours during business days (Mon-Fri) for a return reply. 

Remember, all sales are final after 14 days. Because of CDC guidelines (especially in recent years) we will likely reimburse you for an item rather than have you send back one that is unusable because of hygiene issues. Example: Any item that is or could be worn on the inside of a body part; such as pierced earrings, etc.. On the other hand, we will accept returns on all other wearable items within 14 days that do not enter the body while wearing; I.e., bracelets, boot bling, necklaces etc..

Returns:

We are trying to start from the very beginning to make as small of an environmental footprint as possible in the world. For this reason, we will do our best to avoid Returns of our products by simply providing our Consumers with another product of equal value  (once we receive a photograph of the item in question for Return/Replacement).

Only When It is Absolutely Necessary will we request a Product Return. In this event, we will send our Consumers a packing slip via, Email to return the item to us. Unfortunately, Customers are responsible for any Return Shipping cost.
